John Hong is a seasoned construction and real estate professional based in Los Angeles with over two decades of hands-on experience. As a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Agent in California, John has successfully led residential remodeling projects, managed ADU construction, and completed numerous real estate transactions including flips, short sales, and income properties.

He currently serves as a Project Manager at US Property Development, where he oversees construction planning, contractor coordination, and project execution. Additionally, John is the CEO of Blue Ocean ADU & Construction, where he directs full-cycle construction management and ensures adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.

John has also shared his expertise as an instructor for both the California General Contractor B license exam and Real Estate Principles. Holding an LLM from Case Western Reserve University and an LLB from Kyungpook National University, he brings a unique legal and analytical edge to his work. He is bilingual in English and Korean, a certified welder, and a proud U.S. Army KATUSA veteran, having served with the 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment.
